The Office of the Privacy Commissioner (PrivCom) is pleased to announce the public release of its 2020 – 2024 Pre-PIPA Implementation Report, marking a pivotal milestone in Bermuda’s journey towards the implementation of the Personal Information Act 2016 (PIPA) on 1 January 2025.
