Individuals who have questions about their privacy rights should contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner using the details on our Contact Us page.

Once the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) becomes fully operational, this site will contain guidance on how to make complaints or exercise other rights.

Organisations subject to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) that have questions about their privacy responsibilities should contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner using the details on our Contact Us page.

PIPA requires organisations in Bermuda that use personal information to implement certain requirements and protect the privacy rights of individuals.

We have more details on what a privacy programme consists of and what it means for businesses in the FAQ section of our Legislation & Guidance page.

Professionals who are interested in working in data privacy are welcome to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner using the details on our Contact Us page.
