Individuals who have questions about their privacy rights should contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner using the details on our Contact Us page.

Once the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) becomes fully operational, this site will contain guidance on how to make complaints or exercise other rights. Learn more about privacy rights here or register for our free Managing Privacy Rights training event.

Organisations subject to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) that have questions about their privacy responsibilities should contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner using the details on our Contact Us page.

This course will focus on explicit & implied rights, differences across jurisdictions, & tips to manage privacy rights.

    This is a highly-engaging, in-person & small group training that takes a deep dive into the elements of a robust privacy & security framework. The design of the workshop is fun & practical so participants strengthen understanding and build strategies to personalise an entity’s privacy programme.
